Locality: Cassette's a homely place with a split personality, placed right smack bang in the middle
of Auckland's CBD. By night it’s a throbbing nightclub and live music venue hosting an array of weekly club nights, private functions,
one-off events and other entertainment, with international DJs, burlesque evenings, comedy and Bitchin’ Bingo.
By day and early evening Cassette is a relaxed cocktail bar and restaurant with an authentic Italian menu including
wood-fired Roma-style pizza, pastas and risottos, antipasti sharing platters and freshly baked breads.
World famous for their Teapot™ cocktails (a beverage designed for sharing amongst like-minded cohorts),

Capacity: Up to 300 depending on the area we set up. The bar is nice & cosy, we can clear out the restaurant, have a big open deck & sunny beer garden, most of the time there is between 30 (Winter) – 100 (Summer) people.

Hours: Open between 9am & 12pm depending on the time of year and seasonal demand.
The bar has a 24 hour licence so it stays open if there is a demand! Closed Christmas day & Anzac day.

Christchurch’s newest, purpose-built, live music venue was converted from a warehouse.
Opening night, “felt like it’d been there for years” said Dave Mulcahy. Good line of site from anywhere in the room.
The focus, from the start, was to provide great sound quality through good PA and acoustic treatment.
No back-line provided but FREE PA and room hire.

Outstanding acoustic auditorium. The Nelson School of Music was founded in 1894 and it is the oldest independent music school in NZ.
