Recorded Music NZ is the non-profit industry representation and licensing organisation for recording artists and their labels. We are dedicated to protecting and promoting the interests of the New Zealand recording industry providing market analytics and industry sector reporting.

We also produce the annual Aotearoa Music Awards, The Official New Zealand Music Charts and support certain educational and charitable projects through our Music Grants programme. Our Licensing division administers collective licensing of sound recordings when broadcast on radio and television and publicly performed either directly or through our joint initiative; OneMusic with APRA.
